Empowering the next generation of environmental leaders
Young people are growing up in a world where environmental understanding has never been more important.

We are here to support young people learn about the natural world
Our Sustainability Education programmes help students develop the knowledge, skills and values needed to become thoughtful, informed and responsible global citizens. Through engaging, hands-on learning experiences, students explore biodiversity, conservation, sustainable living and environmental stewardship in ways that feel relevant and empowering.
By connecting learning with real-world action, we help students build confidence, curiosity and a sense of purpose, inspiring them to become positive changemakers in their schools, communities and beyond.
Why our work matters
Nature connection is not just a nice idea. It plays an important role in wellbeing, learning, community and conservation.
When people spend time noticing and understanding the living world around them, they are more likely to value it. When they value it, they are more likely to protect it.
Our activities help students:
- Discover local wildlife
- Understand biodiversity
- Take part in citizen science
- Build confidence outdoors
- Learn through real-world experience
- Strengthen wellbeing and connection
- Feel part of something positive
- Turn awareness into action
Bioblitz Experiences
Our core activity, a BioBlitz is a citizen science event where people work together to find, identify and record as many species as possible within a set area and timeframe.
For Nature Wave, a BioBlitz is more than a race to record wildlife. It is a way to bring people together, build curiosity, support biodiversity learning and create a powerful shared experience in nature.
Mangrove Education Activities
Mangroves are extraordinary places. They protect coastlines, support biodiversity, store carbon and provide a home for a wide range of species.
Nature Wave Connects mangrove education activities help people explore these important habitats through creative, hands-on learning experiences.
We are currently running sessions at Jubail Mangrove Park in Abu Dhabi for schools
