Bioblitz
A bioblitz is a race against time, with participants striving to find and record as many species of living things as possible in a specific location, within a set time period.
How does it work?
Using the award-winning free iNaturalist app, used by millions around the world, our events use photography and AI to connect students and adults with local wildlife. By taking photos and uploading them to the projects we create, you will be contributing to your bioblitz team, as well as collecting real citizen science data that could be used for global conservation efforts.
We offer thrilling events from 1 – 10 days long, to best suit your school. With ready-to-go infographics for parent newsletters, fun launch assembly presentations and easy-to follow joining guides & videos for students, staff and parents, we make the Bioblitz smooth and simple for all involved.
